Making Movies I student, Sabrina Urban, won second place at the Cinema St. Louis juried filmmaking competition, Cinema at Citygarden

Sabrina won for her experimental narrative short film, Ephemeral, produced for the class.

Sabrina is awarded a $1,000 prize for her second-place finish. Her film along with other shorts will screen for a month beginning late May on the video wall at Citygarden. As one of the winning entries, her film will also screen as part at the Filmmakers Showcase in July, and eligible for consideration by the 2021 STL International Film Festival.
