Accessing the American Dream is still not possible for all, much less those who come from migrant backgrounds. For undocumented youth, their hopes for the future coexist with the permanent fear of possible deportation, either for themselves or their families. "Home Is Somewhere Else" is a fully animated 2D feature omnibus documentary comprising three personal stories, giving an intimate window to the hearts and minds of the undocumented and young Dreamers in the US.
